Everyone needs a great eye shadow primer in their arsenal. Why? Eye shadow primers absorb oils from the eye lid preventing creasing as well as giving your eye shadow a base to adhere to. Embellished has a white creamy texture that goes on slightly tacky but dries down to a smooth translucent finish for easy blending.
Embellished preps your lids for all day wear, keeping your shadow crease free while making color more vibrant.
HOW TO USE:
- Squeeze a small amount onto your finger tip (if you hold your finger to the tip of the dispenser and squeeze gently you will get a small amount, as desired).
- Dab onto eye lid with finger tip or concealer type brush and blend over entire eye and even along the lower lash line.
- Apply shadow as usual.
- If you are using an extra sparkly shadow we recommend using a sticky base such as Glitta Grip, Primped & Primed or one of the In Living Color shadow bases to give those sparkles a little added adhesion.
Vegan and cruelty free.
Packaging: Squeeze tube with a narrow dispensing tip for more control over the amount dispensed.
SIZE: .38oz/11g by weight.
When my friend kept raving about this primer (Res), I knew I HAD to try it. Much of my staple makeup collection comes from Darling Girl, so it wasn't a big surprise that the embellished eye primer would make the cut. What was a surprise was just how much I love it!
How did I not know if this magic in a tube sooner!? This is seriously way better than that high end branded famous primer. Goes on smooth, not a tacky base. Dries down quick, blends perfectly into the skin and doesn't leave the prominent line where primer has been applied vs not. My shadows are more vibrant, no crazy creasing on my hooded lids and shadows hold strong til I take my makeup off for the day. My hoods are very much an issue for me and creasing or transfer, but the Embellished primer makes a 110% difference in my eye makeup! Can't live my makeup life without this now that I've found it! I'll repurchase this 100 times over! Highly recommend!
I love this especially in the heat when my face becomes extra oily. I use all daring girls primers and foiling things. It honestly just depends on what I'm playing with shadow wise on what I will use. But I've not been disappointed in a single one of the products I've used. With these topping even the most expensive name brand primers.
I absolutely positively ADORE this primer, it is a holy Grail for my oily eyelids. This stuff is even great at holding sparkly shadows if you don't have glitter glue. Everytime I make an order, I grab one of these up. I only wish there were some tinted options for darker lids.
