I had to play a bit with the consistancy but now that I know to mix it a little thin this is being used everytime I need to create an eyeliner with a pigment, really easy to work with and essential for people who love loose pigments
I love eyeliner, and it's honestly what I'm most likely to put on - or at least, it is now. It used to be I loved it, but only kept one, and that one would dry up before it was finished. So, as much as I wanted to play I never felt it was justified spending the money. And then I found out I could mix eye dust/loose pigment with a liquid, and it was a revelation. The mix lost a little of the sparkle from certain pigments, sure, but I had all the colours, so it was a good trade off. Enter Superstar Serum. Now I have all the colours AND all the sparkle, AND great texture. Add that a small bottle lasts me forever, and you have a winner. Superstar Serumis one of those products I never ever want to be without again.
